Return Window:
You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
Return Shipping:
For returns within the US: a flat rate of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Alternatively, you can opt to return it using your preferred package carrier at your expense.
For international buyers: You are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending items back to the U.S. Ensure the product’s original packaging is included and package carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Initiating a Return:
Initiate a return by logging into your account using the order number and the email address associated with the order. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Product Condition:
Items should be unused, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing components due to reasons beyond our control may not qualify for a full refund.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the incorrect product. We aim to evaluate the issue promptly and ensure you are satisfied. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping (or provide an alternative resolution) after we review the claim.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that some banks or credit card companies might take additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product price and applicable taxes, minus return shipping (if applicable).
Exchanges:
We don't offer exchanges. If you have concerns about your purchase, please return the product and place a new order.
Exceptions:
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as if the item has been used or is returned after the 30-day window.
